Families, friends, students, sports fans, and Winston-Salem visitors will find lush green spaces, a vibrant creek, play areas, distinctive restaurants, entertainment venues, captivating retail, and more.

Soft retail will include six units ranging from 1,200 to 3,400 square feet.

Food and beverage venues will fill eight units ranging from 1,700 to 5,500 square feet, including second level and deck spaces.
